Learn all the basics of sensory examination and evaluation of coffee! 

This hands-on course is designed as a fun and informal introduction to the basics of sensory examination and evaluation of coffee. It will focus on farming, coffee varietals, processing methods, roasting and brewing, and how all of this affects the taste of the coffee in your cup. You'll also learn how professionals cup and evaluate coffee on a day to day basis. At the completion of the course, you'll go home with a better understanding of what goes into making a great cup of coffee and how to examine and evaluate when tasting new coffees.

A ticket date can be changed to a different date up until 7 days before the course date. We reserve the right to cancel and/or reschedule a course if there are less than 3 participants.
